CAN I PUT ON AND TAKE OFF THE VESTRATIS MYSELF ?
SCODIAM advises you to get the help of a professional mechanic to put the Vestratis on (it takes about half an hour). The main reason why is the fact that you need to connect some electrical wires. The presence of a mechanic guarantees the proper functioning of the whole thing.
DOES MY CURRENT INSURANCE ENOUGH TO COVER ANY DAMAGE MADE TO THE VESTRATIS ?
The regular insurances cover all damage up to 1,500 Euros or over. Therefore, you don’t need to take out a new policy.

No. The Vestratis is merely placed on the scooter, fixed with screws. The original structure remains untouched.

The Vestratis features a two-year guarantee, fitting with the European Regulations.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE IF I BREAK THE WINDSHIELD ?
Most regular insurances should cover damages made to the windshield, as they cover up to 1,500 euros for accessories.
IS THE VESTRATIS SUBJECT TO SOME NORMS ?
Classified as an accessory, the Vestratis does not require some specific norms to be legally in order.
However, in order to fit perfectly fit with regulatory terms, our product was developed with the certification services of UTAC-CERAM, body notified by the European Commission and the UN, and collaborating in development of regulations.
